Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in like-new, resellable condition, and include all original packaging and materials. Regular-priced and sale items are eligible for return; however, clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. In-store exchanges are available for eligible items, but online purchases cannot be exchanged and must be returned for a refund instead. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order information so we can assist in resolving the issue.

We currently ship online orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Online orders are fulfilled by our distributor and ship via ground service only. Once processed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and relevant details. We’ll work with our distributor and the carrier and do our best to help resolve the issue.
